At Scruffy's, we are passionate about felines and supporting local businesses and mental health initiatives. Our goal is to help cats find loving homes, and to help humans find the most comforting space with the best snacks and drinks around! Our living room-style lounge is the purrrfect way to shed stress, so come meet the nicest kitties in town!

We are a new cafe in North Knoxville looking to partner with small businesses so that we can grow our menu (and our friends!) If you're a local artist looking to display and sell your work, or a local food vendor or performer, give us a shout! We value all talent -- this is what keeps Knoxville Scruffy!

Community togetherness is our first mission with mental health being our second. If you have struggles, you can shed them here. Please talk to our staff and use the phrase "feeling blue" if you need us.
