Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule. please kindly give us a call or send us an email. Your reservation will stay on file and can be used for a different date for up to 30 days. For events, if you find yourself on the waiting list, feel free to give the cafe a call to book any remaining door tickets. For volunteer bookings, please ensure that you have filled out a volunteer waiver PRIOR to booking. Failure to fill out a waiver for management to review and validate could result in the removal of your volunteer shift. Please note that volunteer bookings go through the same backend as regular bookings, and management may miss the needed criteria for volunteers. To make volunteering a simplified process between both volunteer and management, please ensure all waivers and authorizations have been completed.
